Our Principal Partner, Reubens O. Acka, brings 28 years of valuable experience, having worked extensively with Africa’s premier Company Registry, The Corporate Affairs Commission in Abuja. His expertise includes establishing the Benue State Office from inception and serving as its pioneer Head of Office in 2000. Acka was later entrusted with heading the office for a second term, ensuring its alignment with contemporary Company and Allied Matters issues in the Middle Beltan State.
In addition to his role in Benue State, Acka served as the pioneer Head of Registry at the Corporate Affairs Commission’s Port-Harcourt Office from 1995 to 1999. With this extensive background, he possesses significant knowledge and skills to address both pre-incorporation and post-incorporation matters related to Companies and Allied Matters.
